Lewisville High School remains committed to our vision of being “Rooted in Growth. Driven to Give. Striving for Excellence.” Through a shared commitment among students, staff, families, and community partners, we continue to build a school culture that promotes academic achievement, personal growth, and preparation for life beyond high school.
During the 2025-2026 school year, Lewisville High School focused on strengthening both student achievement and school culture. Our staff continued to implement instructional practices designed to increase student engagement and improve outcomes in End-of-Course assessments, while maintaining high expectations for all students. Students were provided opportunities to participate in a wide range of academic, career, technical, fine arts, athletic, leadership, and service-learning experiences that support the development of the Profile of the South Carolina Graduate.
Lewisville students continued to excel both inside and outside the classroom. Students earned college credits through dual enrollment opportunities, participated in career and technical education pathways, engaged in leadership organizations such as JROTC and Student Council, and represented our school through academic competitions, athletics, fine arts, and community service initiatives. The Class of 2026 earned more than $5.2 million in scholarship offers, demonstrating the hard work and dedication of our students, staff, and families.
School safety and student engagement remained priorities throughout the year. Lewisville High School continued to strengthen procedures and expectations that support a safe and orderly learning environment while fostering positive relationships among students and staff. Attendance improvement efforts, academic intervention programs, and targeted student support services were utilized to help students remain on track for graduation and postsecondary success.
Our teachers and staff remain the foundation of our success. Through ongoing professional learning, collaboration, and a commitment to continuous improvement, our educators work daily to meet the diverse needs of our students. We are also grateful for the continued support of our families, School Improvement Council, district leadership, and community partners.
As we look ahead, Lewisville High School will continue to focus on increasing student achievement, improving college and career readiness outcomes, strengthening attendance, and ensuring every student has access to opportunities that prepare them for future success. We remain dedicated to providing a supportive environment where every student can grow, contribute, and excel.
